Services-
As part of your personalized plan, Clearbrook SeniorCare can provide a wide spectrum of support and services:

*Transportation for medical and beautician appointments, pharmacy, grocery and personal shopping; errands and social activities.
*Personal care including bathing and dressing, medication reminders, menu planning and preparation, home assessment, security monitoring and estate planning.
*Help around the home with daily and weekly chores including managing finances and bank accounts, organization and cleaning, home maintenance, repairs and handyman services.

We can also facilitate transitions to and from home and medical facilities, as well as assist with scheduling in-home visits from service providers. Clearbrook SeniorCare requests that all customers undergo an assessment interview to ensure that the person receiving care has a specific and individualized plan to optimize their quality of life.

Our Caregivers-

Clearbrook SeniorCare team members are highly qualified and carefully selected by the owner, who always asks the question, "Would I send this person to care for my mother or father?" All team members undergo a criminal background check, Department of Motor Vehicles record review, verification of any medical training and licensing and reference check. All caregivers are bonded and insured. Most importantly, our team members are dependable, personable, and have an exceptional talent for caring of others. It's important that the caregiver establish rapport and trust with each client.

CPR and First Aid training certification are required; many team members have also earned designations such as Personal Support Specialist (PSS); Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and other advanced training.

Clearbrook SeniorCare is licensed in the state of Maine by the Department of Human Services, Division of Licensing and Certification.
