If there were an option for ZERO stars, that would be the rating for these idiots. Communication when their aide isn't coming is horrible. The language barrier between caregiver, aide and family is inexcusable. They don't come when they say they will and show up announced when they're not scheduled. The quality of the aide they send is ratchet. Call to ask to speak to the owner of the establishment...if you can get past the pinhead that answers the phone.. Good luck. He seems to always be conveniently on another line.

Looking for a live in Caregiver in Cheshire was a challenging process. We had a hard time finding someone qualified and ambitious with daily tasks in the house. We went through a few home care agencies, both in the area and outside. We could not find the correct match. We reached out to City care for our live in caregiver needs and were very happy with the results. While it took them two weeks to find someone, when our caregiver arrived she was perfect for my parents. She has now been with us six months and the experience has been outstanding. CityCARE Home Health has been a fantastic home care agency for our family. Our caregiver Martha comes four times a week and we love her. A nurse stops by monthly. We have recommended this agency to multiple people and everyone has been happy thus far. Also, when Martha was not able to make it in for a few days they substituted with another caregiver we liked. Great experience overall.
