Minka is absolutely wonderful! Her daycare approach is nurturing and loving while providing a structured environment for learning. Our son started the summer of 2017 and we are so happy and impressed with his progress. He has learned so much and has gained so much self-confidence and awareness. Her goal is to educate, nurture, provide a safe environment and she incorporates fun into all her activities. Our son loves going to Mrs. Minka's every day, he will be well prepared and advanced when he starts Kindergarten next year and we have Minka to thank for that. Her home is clean and safe, and her priority are the children at all time, she has a perfect record and can be verified thru the State website. I highly recommend Minka and Peas In A Pod Childcare.

We were so lucky to find Peas in a Pod child care. Minka has went above and beyond our expectations in providing a safe and loving environment. She has been watching our 7 month old son for the last 4 months and we could not ask for a better caregiver. She has made us feel like family and genuinely cares about our son. He was the youngest child there at the time, but she made sure he was included in everything with the older kids. She would send us pictures throughout the day and let us know how his day was going. Not only did she provide great care for him, she also gave us great advice on activities we could be doing at home with him.

Unfortunately, we are moving out of the area, otherwise our son would have stayed at Peas in a Pod until he started school. We highly recommend Peas in a Pod and will miss Minka very much.

Our daughter has been in Mrs. Minka's care since she was 12 weeks old. As first time parents, we were very leery about leaving our child with just anyone. A friend of mine from work who happens to live in this area highly recommended Mrs. Minka to us. When we met Mrs. Minka for the first time, we had nothing but positive vibes from her. She showed us the different learning tools that she uses with the kids. After meeting her that day, we were pretty much sold. Our daughter is 15 months old now and all of our friends are amazed at how quickly she is progressing with her learning. Mrs. Minka has also provided us with very good advice from day one since she knows that this is our first experience with a child. She genuinely loves our daughter and we know that she feels the same way. When we leave her now, we feel as though we're leaving her with family and that she is in good hands. We would highly recommend Mrs. Minka to anyone and we've already mentioned her to our neighbors who have just recently had a child.

We have two boys, a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Mrs. Minka has given them more than I could ever put in words. Her love and patience for my sons is priceless. We try not to brag, but her educational childcare program leaves my friends and family speechless when they hear what my boys know and how well behaved they are. At two they learned their ABCs, The Pledge, Colors, Songs, I could go on and on...my 4 year old today floors everyone by reciting ABCs backwards. We get comments all the time on how happy the boys are. It's all because Peas in a Pod and Mrs. Minka.
Most importantly they are very happy at Peas in a Pod. At times they don't want to leave :) The environment is a mixture between Montessori School, Cr me de la Cr me and her own special Peas in a Pod magic. A fun, loving, safe, learning environment, my husband and I couldn't ask for more!

We've had our daughter at Peas in a Pod Daycare since she was 1 (she is now 4) and we could not imagine a better daycare environment. Mrs. Minka (Mimi as the kids call her) is very well respected by not only the children, but by all of us parents as well. One of the things that makes Peas in a Pod such a great learning experience for the kids is the one-on-one time they receive with Mrs. Minka. We have been continually amazed at how much our daughter has learned in the past 3 years - years ahead of what you would expect in typical daycare or public school. If you are looking for a safe, secure, clean school that not only looks after the kids when parents are at work, but a place which instills confidence, discipline, manners in young minds at the same time teaching phenomenal skills in Math, English, Geography, Music, History and Culture for your kids then look no further than Peas in a Pod. We have two kids (boy and a girl) since age 2-months and they are now 5-years and 3-years old respectively. Many times my kids don't want to leave in the evening. The basic foundation Ms. Minka has provided to our kids is phenomenal. Our kids can now build a strong learning experience on this solid foundation. They learn in a safe/fun environment and can play musical instruments, recite ABC backwards, do Math (Grade I level), read and write, recite poems, rhymes and the pledge. All the fun and learning happens in a family environment and you have to experience Peas in a Pod to believe and understand how good it is and experience it yourself. We sold our home in December 2008 and moved about 13 miles away, yet continued with Peas in a Pod, which speaks volumes for the excellent quality of Peas in a Pod. My wife and I are really at peace while we are away at work knowing how safe our kids are at Peas in a Pod, we couldn't have hoped for better

Our daughter began attendance at Peas in a Pod at the age of 4. She was not so familiar with the childcare setting as she had been cared for in our home by her grandmother since infancy. Our circumstances were not such that we "needed" childcare (afterall no one is better than grandma...right), but we wanted to afford our daughter the opportunity to develop social skills and be more well-rounded before starting elementary school the following year. Ms. Minka far exceeded our

expectations - not only delivering on growing our daughter's interpersonal skills, but also advancing her scholastically. Early on, we were quite impressed with how clean, safe, welcoming, structured, and energetic the atmosphere is at Peas in a Pod. In my experience, no other childcare, private school, or public school comes close to comparing to the quality of the education and learning environment at Peas in a Pod. Ms. Minka's experience speaks for itself in her patience, attention to childhood behaviors, and parental coaching. What we've enjoyed most about Ms. Minka is that she's always sincerely encouraged us to be involved in our daughter's academic development. She proactively asks what our goals are and finds a way to cater her curriculum to meet (and exceed) those developmental goals. I can honestly say that she has cared for our daughter as if she was her own (giving regular progress updates and even calling to check on her when she was out sick). My only regret is not enrolling our daughter in Peas In a Pod earlier. Now that our daughter is 5 years old, she has entered elementary school well ahead of her peers academically. She is able to read on a 2nd grade level, write/spell, perform arithmetic, analyze by process of association, and keep pace with students in 1st and 2nd grade classes. Most importantly, Ms. Minka fostered good social skills and gave her the opportunity to be the outgoing and talented individual that she is. We LOVE Ms. Minka and we are very lucky that she's played a part in the growth of our daughter.
