Michael was wrong about this agency. As a care giver, I have worked for many organizations, but none of them compare to Charism. The staff is friendly and they have some of the best clients to work for!

This response is delayed due to the absurdity of the feedback. We had not yet gotten our license as a non medical home care agency and did not have any clients at the time of this feedback. One can certainly not criticize a company that has not yet opened its doors for business. We did not have any clients until May of 2015. The survey for license was done mid January 2015 so no business was in place on the date of this review. Owner Charism Home Care Services
