About
Founded in 1967, Camp Champions is a co-ed overnight summer camp for children ages 6-18. Located in the Hill Country of Central Texas, on Lake LBJ, it is the ideal place to spend a summer.
We offer 2 and 3 week sessions, along with the option of attending combo sessions that are 4, 5 or 6 weeks long. Additionally, we offer a 1 week "Batter Up" session at the beginning and end of the summer for Kindergarten and 1st graders. This one week introductory session is designed to familiarize campers with our camp traditions in an environment with fewer campers and extra counselors in each cabin.
At Camp Champions, we are committed to serving entire families, not just campers. Steve and Susie Baskin, the camp owners and executive directors, live at the camp year-round with their four children. Steve and Susie continuously strive to partner with our camp parents to help their children grow into the Champions they are meant to be.
We have a program full of traditions and great activities. From waterskiing to horseback riding to sports to crafts to climbing walls to archery, we have 30+ activities to challenge and delight our campers.
