Horrible experience. I booked my dog to stay here for 10 nights as we had a trip coming up. I called a couple of days after booking it to cancel because my husband became very ill with Covid so we ended up having to cancel our trip. They said I was welcome to use the credit on the account for a different time but refused to give me any of my money back (which was almost $400). I explained that we are not traveling anytime soon and I would prefer a refund and they still refused. Would not recommend this place
