Big Sky Nanny is Montana's Premier In-Home Childcare Placement Agency. We specialize in placing full-time and part-time nannies in both live-in and live-out positions. We help find temporary babysitters for families looking for occasional childcare and summer-nanny placements. Big Sky Nanny also offers childcare options for weddings, special events and vacations! We pre-screen all of our applicants by reviewing their detailed application, conducting in-person interviews, checking their required references and running thorough background checks. We compile all of the information we gather into files that we send to the families to review. Once the family interviews the nannies they are interested in and decides who they would like to hire, we provide a comprehensive Employment Agreement for the family to fill out with their new nanny that details specific things about the placement ? salary, benefits, taxes, household duties, etc. We are happy to help answer questions and offer advice throughout the placement process and continuing through the term of the placement.
