I selected this daycare based on 5 star reviews. Obviously the reviews did not reflect the care we received. Our very easy going daughter who was 4 yrs old after attending Anne's daycare would cry at home that she doesn't want to go there. Prior to Covid she went to Goddard daycare in Snohomish since 17m. So it was not the first daycare for our daughter. We couldn't understand why? Anne comes across as an emotionless /flat affect person. She frowned upon my child when my husband told her we speak a second language at home. My husband told me he has this hunch it was not a good daycare. The living space is small and cramped up. No development appropriate toys for kids. One day I went to pick up my daughter at about 1.30pm which was early. I saw a kid just lying on nhallway with his blanket. The hallway was bare..no sheets or pad underneath. I just felt bad for that kid. After I picked my daughter, she came home and cried again. This time I listened to her with out brushing her off. I asked her what made her so upset that she has to cry? My daughter 4.5y old told me, "I missed daddy when he dropped me off. After daddy left Miss Anne told me to stop crying. She compared to other kids. " Are you a baby? The little kids are not crying". That's not how you console an upset kid. Anne also told my kid to fetch bottle and diaper for other kids. She was the oldest kid. Rest of the kids were 18m to 2.5 yrs I think. Also, Anne would should TV to kids. Beware to mom/ dad of little kids who can't speak or tell what goes inside that daycare. I searched a little more and found out that daycare was shut down for noncompliance once. I would ask my daughter what she had for snack and lunch- every single snack was lemonade/animal crackers. Every single lunch was peas, bread, and either fishstix or chicken nuggets. We paid two wks but after 1 wk and 2 days we stopped sending her because Anne was having some sort of surgery. My told me " Miss Anne is mean". She never has complained of anyone like that. We immediately pulled her out and forfeited our advance money.

Anne is a wonderful lady. She is very sweet and caring. It didn't take long for my girl to become comfortable and happy here. She teaches good nutrition and I can already see my daughter having better social skills. I'm so glad to have found someone whose love for kids really shows.

Anne was absolutely wonderful with our daughter. She went there from 10m old until 2.5years old. She is very accommodating to a family's needs and learning bed the kids like they're her own. We appreciate everything she did for our daughter - as we watched our daughter excel.

I have been taking my daughter here since she was 11 months old, she is now 2 and a half. Anne makes sure all her special needs are met (medicine/diet), is open when I need her to be for my work schedule, and provides the perfect balance of structure/play. Hanna now takes naps on a consistent bases, eats more vegetables, is more disciplined, and all around a happier kid. She has made lifelong friends here, as they have all grown up together because we all love Anne. Anne is very informative each day when I pick my daughter up, and always gives me a text back when I ask how she is doing. We consider her part of our family, and trust no one else besides her with our daughter.

I couldn't have asked for better care for our daughter while we are working. She spends quality time with all the kids and helped so much with everything from potty training to Kindergarten prep. I highly recommend Miss Anne to anyone needing great child care.
