Dr. Anderson possesses the character, values and temperament that everybody seeks to find in family veterinarian. In addition to being exceptionally skilled, phenomenally adept, and exceedingly knowledgeable, he is kind, compassionate, empathetic, and caring while being honest and fair. He is a man of remarkable integrity with the heart of a true servant to all animals. Add a vast amount of experience to the package and what you have in Dr. Anderson is a truly first-class, five-star, top-notch veterinarian and animal surgeon.
Our doggo, Jack aka Jackieboy, had a fairly large growth presenting on his OD (right) eyelid. The growth's appearance was black and solidly thick. It also grew to a large size fairly quickly, which was highly alarming. My husband's grandmother, father, and aunts, as well as several of our close friends, recommended we take him for exam and evaluation at Anderson Animal Hospital with Dr. Anderson, so we called to schedule an appointment. The Administrative Assistant was incredibly professional and friendly. She was able to work us in for an appointment the very same day that we called! Due to this being a busy, hectic, unorganized season in our schedules and lives, we were tardy to the appointment. However, they were patient and kind enough to still see Jack - no pushbacks, no sighs, no annoyance, no lectures - which we sincerely appreciated. Jack is very friendly, however he can become anxiously agitated during veterinary visits. Dr. Anderson was fantastically marvelous with Jackieboy: he was gentle and tender with him, as well as very soft-spoken. His friendly countenance and sweet nature put Jack completely at ease, making him relax. That is something that was never accomplished by Jack's previous doctor, let alone during their very first meeting! Dr. Anderson recommended that the OD eye growth be surgically removed. Due to the growth's appearance, texture, and structure, Dr. Anderson had several ideas of what it could be, however he advised that he couldn't provide a definitive diagnosis until it was removed, which would allow further analysis and testing. He directed his staff to add Jack to his surgical schedule only a few days later!! The pricing estimate provided was shockingly low-cost and more than reasonable! Dr. Anderson's pricing schedule is very fair, and tailored to ensure that all furbabies can have access to thorough, quality healthcare. He also offers several payment options which other veterinarian clinics would NEVER offer. A few days later, we brought Jack in for his surgery. We stayed with him, holding him, loving on him, and doing our best to comfort him after he was injected with the necessary pain medications and injections to prepare him for his surgery. It took approximately 15 minutes for all of it to fully kick in. Dr. Anderson and his tech then carefully loaded our baby onto a stretcher and took him back for surgery. Later that afternoon, when Jack was ready to be picked up, he was peacefully resting in a recovery kennel. Dr. Anderson had us pull our car around back so that it was easier to load him into the car. There were ZERO complications and his eye was neatly stitched up. Dr. Anderson said that the growth was definitely non-cancerous and turned out to be tons of small styes that had grown together on the inside of a continuous, solid outside shell. He said it was surprising to see, but that it was a good outcome. Jackieboy would need to followup for stitch removal, however he was going to be just fine, a full, complete, and beautiful recovery expected. Dr. Anderson was correct! Jackieboy recovered wonderfully and has absolutely NO scarring on his eyelid! There is no visible trace of any trauma to his eye or eyelid. We couldn't be more grateful and thankful for Dr. Anderson and his team for their treatment of and care for our Jackieboy! We can whole-heartedly and confidently recommend Anderson Animal Hospital to all. Aside from providing veterinary care of a remarkable quality, Dr. Anderson is an advocate for the rights of animals and does all he can to help.

We had a bad experience with this vet. He doesn't listen to what you want; just does what he likes.
