They quoted me a price and then changed it last minute. Very unprofessional.

Yesterday They cleaned my sister's 2 story log house in Auburn, Calif.(Cathedral ceiling partly). House cleaned almost like it was brand new (including refrigerator). I would give them 10 stars.

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. With the stress of moving, do not add more to your plate by contacting Natalie at Allfa Amazing "Cleaning" Service. The only thing that's amazing is that she told me she was "too tired" to finish the job. I hired her to clean our new home before we moved in. We agreed on what needed to be done and what did she do? Absolutely NOTHING. She took advantage of the fact that I was not living in the home so I was not there to pay her, but my father did on my behalf. I'm guessing her workers just twiddled their thumbs for six hours because not one shower was cleaned and the stove was not touched. I gave her two chances and two weeks to come back and do what we agreed upon and she only made excuses for herself. I wish I saw her Yelp page before - I made the mistake of hiring her as a "top recommendation" on Thumbtack.

I had the most wonderful experience with Allfa Amazing Cleaning Service. The woman who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and helpful. I ended up having to reschedule the day before the cleaning due to an emergency and they went above and beyond to accommodate me on a different day. I was scheduled with Tamara who was wonderful, nice and extremely great at her job. My home looks awesome and I will definitely be having them come back regularly. Overall great experience from start to finish!

NATAYA has been doing our home now for the last few times. She is very thorough and makes sure even small details are completed. My kitchen floor is soooo clean that it shines, something I could never figure out, everything I used left a residue! We are very pleased with the service we receive.

So I've been using Allfa Amazing Cleaning Service for almost a year, and I keep asking myself why I did not decide to do this sooner! This is completely due to Natalya and the fabulous job she does for me! I cannot even begin to express how pleased I am with her services. She is always attentive to detail and goes above and beyond to make sure my condo is immaculate! This is not to say that others have not done a good job in the past, but I can tell a difference when Natalya is on the schedule to clean my place. I've even switched days to make sure that Natalya is available to do my cleanings. She probably doesn't know this, but when I get home on Thursdays I just sit down on the couch, look around and take in the fresh scent that I smell as soon as I turn the key and open the front door. It may sound like a small thing, but after a long day at work it is something that I routinely look forward to doing. :) I'm glad I could take this opportunity to share my sincere appreciation and thanks for all Natalya for her hard-work.
