From the first contact to the last. Norma was informative, flexible regarding our needs, an efficient in getting us scheduled for a deep clean. She sent two lovely people to clean and they did such a great job! Baseboards and windowsills were cleaned, blinds dusted, etc., which was a real treat. It was our first experience with them, and they seem reliable and professional, and a good value. We will utilize their services again....highly recommended.

I had arranged with Norma to clean a vacant unit. She sent the cleaner to the wrong unit (a unit that had already been cleaned a week ago). I expected this would be a simple issue of having someone come out and clean the correct unit. Instead she refused to have the correct unit cleaned, and refused to issue a refund.

I have been a customer through 5 years and 2 homes. I always get a fabulous cleaning job, and importantly for us, terrific flexibility. We spend some of the year in another state, and All Green All Clean flexes to provide just the kind of cleaning that suits our situation in each season. It further does so with great security for our home during the months that we are away. I trust them explicitly and always return to a spotless home.
