My sister-in-law had a stroke on August 17. By Saturday afternoon, Aug 22 it was clear that she was failing. I called the agencies for care given to me by the hospital but most weren't open on the weekend.
On Sunday morning I got a call from Ashley at Islands Hospice-Maui (as we had committed to using their services once we could secure 24 hour care so she could go home to her husband and animals and best friend.)
Ashley gave me All Care Hawaii's number and called them herself.
Jermie had caregivers for all slots except overnight arranged by Sunday afternoon. Early Monday she called us in California to confirm she had the night shift covered.
It was Karen's fervent wish to die at home. She made it home that Monday by 6 pm only because Jermie and All Care Hawaii worked relentlessly to make it happen. Karen passed away a little before midnight that night. If it hadn't been for Jermie's efforts and the agency's caregivers, she would not have had her final wish granted.
Our family is very thankful for All Care Hawaii.

Will definitely recommend them! 5 stars for a very excellent service. We go to Hawaii once a year. We used their service while we were in Oahu for 2 weeks for my husband. It was a last minute call but they were prompt, responsive and very accommodating. Big thank you!!! Ashley and Bob

I am looking for help for my grand mother and I called Office on Aging to give me some recommendations of names of home care agencies. I talked to 3 of them but I ended up using the service of All Care Hawaii. This company is very professional right from my initial call down to making their free assessment. I felt comfortable and I am very happy over all.

I have been using All Care Hawaii home care service for about a year now. I am happy and content with their service plus my caregiver is fantastic! I dealt with several agencies in the past, and I have been introduced to several of their caregivers. With All Care Hawaii, I have 1 caregiver, Jean who took care of me from the very start and until now. One time they sent me Leilani (who is also great!) when Jean was gone for a 2 week vacation. I could not ask for more. Good job guys!
