Personal Care Unskilled (Primary Home Care)
Unskilled Personal Care services are available to all eligible clients whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited in performing activities of daily living. Each client's services are provided by a Personal Caregiver and are intended to enable the client to remain safely and comfortably in their temporary or permanent home or place of residence. Personal Care assists the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as:
* Medication Reminders
* Walking / Mobility
* Safe Transfers
* Housekeeping
* Laundry
* Meal Preparation
* Shopping
* Personal Care (Bathing; Dressing; Grooming; Toileting etc )
* Companionship
* Errands
