The owner acted as a liaison between us and the facility my mother lived in and made sure that she got top notch care while residing there. Without her presence there our mom wouldn't have gotten the care she needed and they would have kept providing subpar care with bad behavior being the reason. We eventually took her out and we still use Michelle's services. She's truly a sweet girl with a heart for helping. I've met two of her sitters and she only hires people who are passionate about the elderly. I recommend 10xs!!
