Our family has been very impressed with the exceptional level of skills and their knowledge of care each caregiver possesses in dealing with my mom. Each caregiver has been trained in dementia care and also knows how to interact with my mom no matter what the situation is.

This type of personalized care is unique and unlike any of the other care agencies that we considered. My father prior to Adult Home Health Care would become very stressed out when he would see me taking care of various household necessities.

It has been a great relief for us both to be able to hand over such things as getting the computer repaired or setting up a new prescription delivery system over to one of the capable personal support attendants at your agency.

Another great help has been the wide variety of services your agency offers; such as the handyman service, as it has been excellent.

Again, having your agency and staff take care of various projects has made life much less stressful.

The personal care attendants have never complained about anything that needed to get done for my father they simply do their job with a positive and cheerful attitude, and that means a great deal to me and my father.

It has been very a huge relief for me to have someone to help my father with transportation issues also. I've also gotten some very helpful information from staff members.

Again, I know that as he needs more help with personal tasks such as his bathing and his dressing, that he will get very good assistance from Adult Home Health Care.

My brother and I contracted with your agency Adult Home Care in August of this year to help provide day care services for our 95 year old mother. Prior to this she was living unassisted in a senior apartment complex.

Adult Home Care and one other service were seriously considered before making a decision.

One of the deciding factors was that Adult Home Care had a better program to check and monitor the activities of the both the client and the care giver. Accurate records are kept that help monitor the ongoing services.

Adult Home Care also took care to make an on-site inspection of our mother's apartment to check for any problems and make recommendations to prevent injuries and allow for the best possible service.

The care giver that was assigned to our mother was a qualified young lady who has done a very good job. On a couple of occasions, when she was unable to take care of our mother, Adult Home Care was quickly and efficiently able to put in a replacement with no noticeable drop in service.

We would recommend Adult Home Care to anyone or any organization that needs full time or part time care giving services. They are efficient, responsive and make an excellent effort to provide great services to customers and clients.

I have been so lucky to have been working with your company since September of 2014. I hired Adult Home Health Care to help my grandparents as they were both diagnosed with dementia.

I have nothing but praise for this company. I believe the variety of services provided as well as the company's caring, dedication, professionalism and first-rate communication skills makes them stand out from the competition.

They have helped my grandparents with everything from care giving and house chores to helping manage finances.

Aside from regular care giving, they have also weekly assessments of my grandparents' health, living conditions and medication as well as employee assessment and tracking. They have also offered advice on safety and maintenance improvements when necessary and have their own handy man to perform the work in a timely and cost effective fashion.
But more than anything it's the fact that from the biggest issue to the most trivial, owners and employees are always ready to respond with great responsibility, flexibility and compassion, which has impressed me the most.

The ownership goes so far as to bring special home cook meals for my grandparents when doing weekly assessments.

All of this resulted in improved health and morale for my grandparents.
I have dealt with other care giving agencies in the past but only Adult Home Health Care has permitted my family and I to be truly at peace knowing that my grandparents are in good hands.

Ryan was the caregiver for my mother for about 3 years before she passed away. Ryan was exceptional with taking care of my mother and ensuring she did her physical therapy which was no easy task. Ryan also prepared meals. Ryan was always prompt, attentive, pleasant, patient, and was able to meet all our and my mother's needs ensuring she could stay in her home. My mother adored Ryan and enjoyed his company it did not take long for Ryan to become part of our family.

Two years ago I had a rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder. This operation left me extremely incapacitated and I was so relieved when Eric and his colleagues came to my rescue and looked after me in my own home. The services they provided were varied, from taking me shopping, to driving me to my post- surgery appointments; they even took my cat to the vet when she became sick! I was very comfortable with all the employees and found myself looking forward to their arrival each morning. I would definitely recommend Eric and Adult Home Health Care.
