Ariel groomed my Springer and gave her a bad chopped haircut. I figured she was new and helping out while the owner was recovering from a car accident. I then referred my daughter's 2 dogs-Ariel called my daughter and diagnosed that both dogs had lice. Not only did Ariel shave them down to nothing, she had quoted my daughter $90 and actually charged her $130!!! My daughter than took her dogs to her Vet and confirmed they did not have lice! What kind of a diagnostician is Ariel. I would contact the owner directly if possible. I have been a customer for 5 years
