I have owned rental condos for over 14 years. Several cleaning people have worked for me over the years, but Elvia and her team have been the best. They are honest, dependable, and clean well. They go out of their way to make sure my renters are pleased with the cleanliness of our condo. Elvia is a pleasure to work with and goes out of her way to be helpful if we have maintenance issues. She lets me know when there is a problem when a renter leaves. I highly recommend her and her team.

We have had Elvia clean our unit for the past 3 years and we have always been pleased with her quality service. She is honest, reliable and always responds to any request quickly. She goes above and beyond to give great service. Good honest cleaning services are hard to find but with Elvia I have had that peace of mind.

I bought my condo for rental in 2012 and had several cleaning companies for the first year. None were reliable or responsible, so I asked our HOA manager for a recommendation. He referred me to Elvia Eason, now 850 Cleaning Services. Its been almost 3 three years now, and I can honestly say after 30 years of dealing with small businesses, I've never met a more reliable, responsible and professional person than Ms Eason. I've come to know I can count on her during the height of the busy season, and her work is always the highest quality, but she goes further to keep owners informed of damage or potential problems. I'm impressed most with her scheduling ability and her response in urgent situations. Reliability and quality is at the top of the list for 850 Cleaning Services and you will not be disappointed.
