We started using them in July,2023. We had to predict how much we were going to use them and pay them in advance. They charged us much more than we used them and had complications which we resolved by the end of August. In September, they again charged us in advance and their care giver was pulled over on her way here for expired registration. Okay, that could happen to anyone. The cops discovered her insurance had expired for months so they took her license. She finally arrived a few hours late and we let her go home early, we felt bad and told her she could charge us for the day.
The next time she was scheduled, she called in sick(because she couldn't drive) and was never replaced. Called in sick the following week. A few weeks later, the person scheduled just never showed up. When we called about it, the owner was surprised but never replaced her. Bottom line, a 91 year old lady overpaid this company by $350.
When we asked for a refund, they said they would pay us at the end of the month. We called again in December and the owner told us that they don't do refunds. I told her we already requested the money months ago and they agreed. She said she would pay us at the end of the month. This went on for a few more calls. The last one she stated the check was in the mail(I'm sure we've all heard that one). Mail doesn't take two weeks from Melbourne to Merritt Island. We texted her again and she said the mail was slow. My 91 year old mother in law still has not received the $350 owed to her. So I'm sorry, how could a company that rips off a 91 year old lady be decent!!!

Extremely happy with their care for my parents. Their follow up skills are commendable and keeping us all informed even with the miles in between was priceless. We always knew exactly what was going on.
