I have been with this center for 11 years, my oldest went there starting at age 3 and now my youngest who is 3. This center has grown a lot and despite some changes, they now have a director who is a perfect fit for the center and knows how to lead. The assistant director has been such a huge asset to the center through every change the company has made over the last 11 years. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make sure that the children are safe and provide them with developmentally appropriate play and activities. They build great rapport with all the parents. Communication is a strong quality in each and every one of them. This center gives the highest quality of care to every child and ensures that each child is treated as an individual, which is important with all stages of development. I am constantly recommending this center to everyone.

The positive is that the teachers we know in the pre-school and pre-k rooms are nice and caring. However, for an accredited place I do not think our child learned a single thing there. They hardly even do songs. My oldest attended a YMCA childcare at 70% of the cost and had significantly better education. He knew a different song every day, and stories and could write at pre-k.
There is also a lot of low-income kids at this school where the state covers their tuition. Obviously that is not a problem but the administration there responds differently at the paying families; almost in a condescending matter and they also nickel and dime you for everything! You can't even get a mother's day craft for your kid, you have to pay for it. seriously! and they run like 15$ for dollar store things. it is a bit ridiculous.
also director and admins there are very unorganized. sometimes i see them on the call in the office holding an infant from the baby room...I honestly don't know how they have such a great accreditation. makes no sense.

I have had an incredible experience at Kindercare Boothwyn. The center goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. They truly love and care for each child. The center is always incredibly clean and all of the employees are friendly. I have a baby that started around 6 months and has loved being in the toddler room.

I would absolutely recommend Kindercare Boothwyn to anyone in the area! Roberta, Debbie, Sam, Callie and all the staff I have ever interacted with have been nothing shy of amazing!

Do not I repeat do not send you infant, toddler here. Especially if you have a child with a special need. They will complain to you every single day about what your child does/did and blow it way out of proportion. I thought this school would be a great academic placement for my then 2 year old who was recently diagnosed with autism, but I was wrong. They would call me and send home serious incident reports at least once a week saying he tried to leave the classroom and that if he does it again he cannot go to that daycare. In return I had to get wrap-around-services where someone would pretty much be with him one-on-one at the expense of my insurance. The insurance approved him only b/c they saw that the daycare was going to kick him out but they said he really doesn't need a one-on-one. Long story short, I pay $100 a day for him to go there, my insurance pays who knows what to have a one-on-one be there, he gets bussed out to a social group three days a week for 3 hours, and I will pay them THOUSANDS of dollars a month. Then there's the kids who go there for almost nothing because they come from low income households. Yea, that's fair.
Director sucks, teachers suck, policies suck.

Avoid this school at all costs. I have no idea how they have such good accreditations. They really do not know a lot about child development and very poorly run
