If I could give this center a negative score I would. Education level of most teachers appears to be lacking. I am a family physician and had multiple occasions where my children were sent home due to viral illnesses that would only be spread if the caretakers had poor hand hygiene, which I believe they do because my children were sick frequently here. The teachers are not equipped to deal with children that require any special needs and are not patient. My son was dragged across the room by the arm by one caretaker and although she was fired I had problems with the other caretakers not wanting to engage my son for fear of being fired, as if it were HIS fault he was attacked by an adult. My daughter was not encouraged to be independent as an infant. She was constantly sitting in someone's lap and therefore started walking late. My son is extremely smart and can be aggressive and hyperactive if not challenged intellectually and they had absolutely NO idea how to handle him. I will be contacting their corporate headquarters to complain.

I was a teacher in the infant room at this Kindercare for 5 months. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for quality care for their child. Most of the teachers cannot handle issues with children in a appropriate manner. The State Licensing inspector has been called to this Center numerous times due to teachers treating the children in a unacceptable way. Children are also bumped from room to room because the company does not want to hire enough teachers to meet ratios. Two-year-old children end up going in the Infant room, which poses a risk to the infants.
