I couldn't be much happier with KinderCare. The staff are amazing and Mina & Shaneika are great leaders
The teachers at this center are awesome. The management team really cares about the children's well being. They provide meals and not all daycare does that. They are the least expensive center in the center city. They are a nationally accredited center and they hold 4 stars. My children tend to cry at pick up because they don't have to go home. The management team sends weekly emails about center events and my child's teacher is phenomenal.

Great center, great place for kids to learn
I feel compelled to write because of the other review. In December of 2015 they opened their new location (same building, other side of the basement). My 6 month old boys had the benefit of starting daycare in a brand new setting. The teachers are very caring and engaged. And yes, babies cry in the infant rooms! And with a 4:1 ratio an adult cannot pick all up at the same time, but the teachers do a good job. The center is well managed. The director sends emails to keep you connected and development updates/goals for your child are posted. My boys are happy kids in general, but they are always excited when we get to daycare (11 months old). Negatives - no windows, but at least it is well lit and the kids are taken on stroller rides. The prices seem high to me, but they are fairly consistent with other daycares in Center City.

- Badly managed, new center director, Nicole is not aware of things, and don't know how to run a business
- They had fired 3 teachers last year. Apparently they were not following the protocol. But parents were not given any details
- Student to teacher ratio is never maintained
- We picked up our kid with dirty diaper several time
- Letting a baby cry is their technique for soothing baby. No holding someone, and trying to pacify a baby
