KinderCare is absolutely amazing! The staff, the director!! My kids love it here so much they beg to go back every week. They enjoy the extra curricular activities as well and enjoy the zumba class and the baking classes and arts. Definitely a great facility and nationally accredited!

A clean facility with helpful staff and a good curriculum. My son enjoys the activities they do there and has fun with the staff and other children. My only gripe with the center is the reason I will probably leave: for my son's age group, I have to pay for five days a week even though I only need him there for two. They are unable to help me out with the price in any way. If that were not an issue, I would have my son enrolled there for years to come.
The managers here are so kind and helpful! The staff now is all very warm and welcoming and it is a very trust worthy place. They have a great curriculum and activities for all age groups and they are quick to handle any concerns that parents may have. Overall I would recommend this place!

They have no respect for the kids or their employees. I watch a young lady with a medical boot on walk in there every morning. I asked her what happened and she has a fracture in her foot and her managers won't let her have medical time off even with a doctor's note.
KinderCare in Orem is an amazing place. They have taught my toddler so much while being there since she was 8 weeks old. The center is very welcoming and clean. They always decorate for the seasons and makes the kids enjoy their time there each day. I also love that all the meals are cooked in center and are fresh. I would definitely recommend KinderCare to anyone looking for child care.
I absolutely love this learning center! The teachers are so caring and the administrative staff makes us feel like family! I definitely recommend this center to anyone who would like their child to have a great learning experience.

After looking around the valley for a good center day care for our 2.5 year old we were most impressed by KinderCare. Our 2.5 year old attended here for four months and really likes his school. There are some great teachers and great staff. Overall though, it does not meet its potential.

There is a high turnover rate for teachers (5+ in 4 months) and a huge flex of the students (some part time, some full time, some only a couple days a week). Stability was something we really wanted in a care provider, especially at the younger age when changes are hard. Although the student to teacher ratios almost always complied with the state code (7:1 for this age) the classes were large and not enough space or play things for that size of group. Additionally, little attention was given when children who needed extra supervision started in the classroom -- this caused extra burden on the teachers and other students. I think KinderCare has a lot of potential -- there are a lot of perks with it being a national chain (e.g. the curriculum is already created for teachers, guidelines for ) but was not meet due to business pressures of allowing as many children to attend as possible.

Overall I like this center and have no major complaints. My child was safe, well feed and cared for. He learned a lot. But overall, it is just okay. Perhaps I have really high expectations (but I know a center can meet those, we have experienced a 5 star center in another state). Granted of all the other centers (I preferred centers over in home care providers due to all the checks and balances) we looked at, KinderCare was the best.
They charge for a set number of days, but if your child is sick or absent for whatever reason, they don't discount the fee. They say they offer makeup days, but it can only be used that same week and often the classes are already full so you can't actually.

They teachers are great, but there is a high turnover rate.

They didn't seem very professional, and were not very understanding. I would not recommend this place.

horrible pre school.
Jennifer S
They didn't seem to have a set schedule for pre school.

Very high teacher turnover rate. Many teachers do not implement the curriculum or even know what it is. Be careful.
