I do not recommend this center, some of the staff there is wonderful, however, the management is terrible. Poorly run and too many kids.
I do not recommend this center! My 4 month old attended for about a month and I consistently noticed the class was not staffed appropriately. They are licensed for 12 babies in the infant room for 3 teachers however, there are only 2 regularly scheduled teachers in the room and getting the 3rd teacher in there involves scrambling at the last second to find someone. There was always someone new in the room when I picked my baby up and dropping off in the morning was always chaotic because they combine the older toddler class with the infant class while they wait for more teachers to show up...this leads to LOTS of screaming babies on the floor! The day I pulled my baby out there were 16 babies in the room and 3 teachers (1 being the assistant director who had stepped in right as I arrived), well over the state limit! Speaking with the director is nearly impossible as she's nowhere to be found. It's too bad the management can't get more organized because the teachers - Grace and Susan are very sweet and seem to be really good with the babies but they are overwhelmed and expected to deal with more than is even legal.

I am writing this to share about an incident that took place leading to the removal of our 5 month old daughter from Kindercare yesterday. My wife had consistently gone to Kindercare on her lunches to nurse our daughter. As she went yesterday, she found our daughter with a pacifier in her mouth and a burp cloth placed over the pacifier, just under her nose, and wrapped around her head and tucked in to keep the pacifier from being removed. She contacted me immediately and we had our daughter removed from the facility and are currently looking for another care provider. As to why this was done, the pacifier kept falling out. I am sure she was crying, but am opposed to gagging my daughter to deal with what I imagine was a frustrating situation. We have heard conversations by the employees in passing that they wish they could permanently put pacifiers in the children's mouths. Apparently, it has been acted upon. We have since reported this to the Director, Asst Director and have been contacted by the Asst Regional Director about the incident. We personally have lost confidence in the care provided to our daughter there and do not trust that her safety or care was and possibly will be the priority over the employees personal preference and comfort.
Do not go to this daycare. They may say that they'll call you if anything goes wrong but I have found that to be a lie. My daughter has been bitten several times by another child while in their care and they have failed to call me each and every time. When I have expressed concern and asked that I be called nothing has happened. I do not think that this daycare is capable of creating a safe environment for children.
