I am so in love with this center. My son has been in the infant room since we started in Nov 2012. His teachers Ms. Margarita and Ms. Tiffany are the best. They take such great care of my son!! I enjoy the fact that when I go and pick him up after work they tell me all about his day... how he ate, what he did, how he slept etc. (even though they write all of that down on a daily sheet for me.) They are interact with parents very well too. They center itself is very clean and presentable. All of the teachers are very nice. They pass us in the hall and they all know my sons name, which makes me feel good. It lets me know that they are a 'close knitt' team. The directors are amazing. They send our weekly emails to parents which I love. Any emails that I have sent to them regarding my son are always answered quickly. The only down fall is the location. It is hard to access the center during rush hour since it is on North Ave. Also, the parking is very limited but neither of these things should be a concern to you seeing as your child will be in excellent care.

After a very negative experience with an in-home nanny, we went to KinderCare in Elmhurst on North Ave. We were in a situation where we had to make split-second decisions and placed our daughter under their care, so there was still some hesitation when she started. We've been there for nearly 6 months now and couldn't be happier! The staff members here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our daughter is in the one of their infant rooms and is thriving under the guidance of her teachers. I do a lot of "pop-ins" so I've gotten the opportunity to spend a lot of time in the center. (And they don't mind at all!) I am very impressed by the love and attention given to all of the children equally. The facilities are very tidy and clean. The rules and guidelines are very reassuring. I've even been witness to one of the facilities' routine wellness checks by the state and spoke to the state representative myself, who offered additional assurance that this center was up-to-par on all state law requirements and had excellent ratings/standing with the state. Whenever another parent asks for recommendations for childcare, I have pointed them in this direction. They will take excellent care of your children, treating them with love and respect. They will also treat you with the attention and respect you need as a parent. They have great communication and are very professional. You will feel like family here.
