Were there for four weeks in the toddler room-end of May through end of June 2018.
Issues included: no continuity of care, 3 hours without a diaper check/change, unable to verify if child ate food presented (and were unsure if fed any snacks), and being told that my child "deserved" to be bitten by another toddler.
It appears to me that the issues were top down starting with the directors as the toddler room had a lead turn over three times in the month that we were there.

We have 2 children here currently. We've used KC since 2013 except summers. In the beginning they were great however, each year we come back they've gone downhill to say the least. We are looking into other programs, but many have wait lists.
Pros: flexible & variable schedule, don't pay for days unattended.
Cons: little to no structure. High turn over - new "babysitters" too often. Most expensive daycare in the area, yet our kids only come home with scribble pages instead of actual art projects. Open floor plan which is too chaotic & noisy for any focused learning to happen. Instructors do not discipline bad behaviors, kids are not well behaved. Our son kept getting bit by the same child, one day it happened in my presence I told the child "no" and explained what he did wrong. The instructor picked him up, rocked him, played with him, and instead of teaching him it was wrong she rewarded the bad behavior. We had to teach our two yr old to say, "no biting" to the other boy in order for it to stop. During breakfast a 5 yr old child threw a toy across the room, lucky it didn't hurt anyone, and none of the adults did anything about it. My 4 yr old came home with a Xmas ornament, I said "wow, did u make this yourself?" She said, no the teacher did it. Our daughter can write out her own name "Michelle" yet the babysitters always write it on her papers. They use book on tape instead of actually reading to them or teaching them how to read. On nice days, they don't always get to go outside. Our kids have so much energy still to run out when they get home because they're stuck indoors all day. We tell them not to give our kids juice, but they still do. They left a boy unattended on the toilet and he fell in, so because he was traumatised by that, went back to wearing diapers and refuses to toilet himself. Our son was starting to use potty at home, but they are not supportive or consistent there. All my children have completed potty training before turning 2, but our youngest has no interest anymore and demands diapers at age 2.5 yrs old. We have been disappointed too many times. Our children are not learning anything except bad habits and behaviors that we spend all weekends correcting.

This school is providing a great basis for our child's ongoing development and school readiness!

Our baby girl only goes to kinder care once a week. But the development has been beautiful as well as increased socialization skills!

We have been very pleased with KinderCare, our daughter enjoys attending & has learned a lot. The manager Stephanie, is very pleasant to work with & has been very flexible with our work schedules. Thanks.
