I would HIGHLY not recommend this place to ANYONE. There is literally ONE teacher (Ms Dert) that has the right to be called a teacher there. Everyone else just got hired off the street at this point (probably because they were all short staffed). When I first got to this place it was ran by a different director and I had no issues. Now it's like no one knows what's going on, they are always short staffed, If something happens to your kid (they say they have cameras but can never check out incidents), or they can never give a full explanation on what happen between kids. This school says they help kids with different challenges... that's definitely a lie. Even my sons therapist was waiting and hoping I would leave from there. The last thing I hated the most is that they were so ghetto. You have employees who felt comfortable enough to say "I can tell if a kid is going to be gay by the way they act, but your son is definitely ALL boy" & proceed to tell what other kid they THOUGHT would be gay. They kept trying to make my child as a problem child until I would sit and watch the camera live the whole day to see a different story and when it was confronted, hear come all the excuses. Now I understand why other parents were leaving and calling corporate is just like calling a brick wall. Basically if you want to take your child to a REAL daycare and with REAL teachers (again this place had ONE good teacher Ms Dert) then I would advise you to look anywhere else BUT here.

I do agree that this daycare is short of staff and the teachers don't last long. My son was in this daycare from August 2021 through June 2022 and he may have had 15 different teachers. I had to take him out be Sumyia Evans pushed him in the corner several times. I went to the school getting my son clothes and blanket out of the classroom because we had made our mind to take him out the school and his blanket was missing I asked for his blanked the teachers in the classroom ignored me. I did raised my voice and asked where is my son blanket. One of the new teacher politely say I don't know. As I'm leaving the classroom Sumyia Evans yelled out who you talking to like that and she was arguing in front of the kids. So unprofessional.
I would NEVER recommend this horrible facility that they call a daycare. The only positive review I have for this daycare is that there are live cameras for parents to see the chaos that is going on around our kids. (1) They are extremely short staffed. There are 12-14 kids in one classroom per teacher. There are days where teachers are absent and a classroom of those 14 kids are combined with another classroom with one teacher. They are so short staffed that the unprofessional director Ms. Nicole discussed with me that having a parent and teacher conference to address my concern would not happened due to low teachers. (2) The teachers are obviously winging it on a daily basis. The Pre-K room has absolutely no structure and schedule. As stated on the school's website, Children's Courtyard is supposed to "empower children to be ready for school" however, they are setting them up for failure. Learning activities are little to none while playtime grows daily and nap time gets longer. (3) The expelled and suspension rate are far more higher than school systems. The Director has no patience and obviously doesn't understand that suspending a child allows the child to miss out on critical early learning opportunities that help them be socially, emotionally and academically ready for kindergarten. Not only was my son suspended every week for more than a day for developmentally normal behaviors. He was withdrawn from the school without notice.

Once you experience the dedication of the staff, you will see why they are so successful

My daughter goes to this daycare and I love everything they do. She hasn't even been there a year yet and she learned so much from them. Everyone there is just so nice and respectable and actually care about the well being to the child. The also great thing is they go up to kindergarten!
