Home Health Aide Requirements:
18 years of age or older
Certified CNA
HIPAA Certified
Meets the training requirements in accordance with State and Federal Laws
1 year of hands-on work experience, preferred (can include experience in a home care, hospital, or assisted living setting)
Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given
Self-directing with the ability to work with little to no direct supervision
Current CPR Certification
Licensed driver with reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Organization requirements.
Possess the ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
