We have been through several home care agencies...even tried hiring caregivers on our own, and have had poor results. The Amada team has really come through for us. They have professional compassionate caregivers and communication has been great. They take care of everything, really removing the stress from us. We also really appreciate how they helped us coordinate other services like palliative care and hospice.

Long Term Care Insurance is certainly an area of expertise for Colin and the AMADA Boston team. Despite my 25 years of experience in Long Term Care Insurance, I was still struggling with the claims process for my loved one. Once I contacted Colin, his team was able to to quickly help me get the outcome I needed. They were professional, informed and responsive. I highly recommend AMADA if you have a LTCi policy.
