By bringing these capabilities together, Wes and his team focus on the entire lifecycle of work, creating environments where people want to belong and equipping them to do their best work in a consistent, connected way\u2014ultimately enabling exceptional outcomes for Care.com\u2019s customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wes brings more than two decades of leadership experience, including serving as Head of Human Resources for GameStop, where he guided the company through a period of transformation and rapid change.
