Matt O’Connor was appointed Senior Vice President, Sales for Care@Work, the Company’s enterprise offering, in October 2018. In this capacity, he oversees all sales, account management and partnership channels for Care@Work, which enables employers to provide a full spectrum of care benefits to their employees.

Matt joined Care.com after spending more than a decade with Monster.com where he held executive positions across multiple business areas, including Enterprise, Staffing, Healthcare, SMB Sales, Software, and e-Commerce. During his tenure at Monster, he was responsible for leading, accelerating or turning around many of the company’s North American businesses.

Previously, Matt spent several years in the Financial Services and Insurance industry at HBS, Inc. and Zurich Financial, in a variety of sales, underwriting and general management roles.

Matt received his BS degree from Nichols College, where he also played basketball and golf and currently sits on their Board of Advisors. Matt’s passion is leading high performing teams and helping others reach their full potential. Matt is married with 2 children.
