My name is Danie.
I obtained my K9 Kindness license in 2004.

I have found that keeping a brief, simple journal is appreciated by most customers.
I also take a picture of the pets and add it onto an 8x11.5 page so that the customer can
wtite a referenae for me after the job that includes their pets picture on that page that
I keep in my binder for perspective customers to see.

On seasonal jobs, I sometimes create greeting cards with the customers pets for them,
and I have a special post card with my business logo on it to send to my customers.

These are fun things to create and build relationships with your customers!

I love it! A comprehensive list... Thank you very much for that and the emergency list as well! What a relief to just have to print it out and use it. Great way to double-check, if you're not missing one thing or another... It will come handy!

Thank you very much!
