The Humane Association I have been with for 41 years used to have a Halloween party for cats and dogs which went well. We discontinued it after a few years due to (a) complaint we were abusing these animals by dressing them up in costumes. At no time did we see any cat or dog that wasn't happy to be there. If we had that would have ended it, at least for the animal involved.
I would appreciate opinions on this. Thank you.
