I have extensive experience tutoring a wide range of students and subjects. In particular, I have experience with math up through algebra, improving writing and reading skills, and homework management/study skills, but there are a variety of other subjects I would be able to work with students on. I love working with young people and helping them to succeed in their work!

I would also be able to work with high school juniors and seniors for coaching on managing the college application process, offering guidance and support on keeping up with college deadlines, searching for scholarships, and/or writing and editing application essays.

I am a recent graduate of the University of Virginia. For those for whom "numbers" are a concern, I graduated from high school as valedictorian and scored a 1550 on my SAT. I graduated from college with a GPA of 3.9. I majored in English and an interdisciplinary honors program in political and social thought, but also excelled in math, science, and foreign language (French) courses in addition to my majors courses.
