I have been volunteering and working with children for nearly 10 years. I am a member of National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). I have taught in one of the six NAEYC accredited schools in the Virginia Beach. I enjoy working with the young child and helping them learn the basics in education. I determine the child's learning style and work within their learning strength. I feel there are three important elements to success, encouragement, encouragement, encouragement! Gaining the skill is vital, but expanding the child, as a person, is what makes the lesson last.
