I am an elementary education graduate with a minor in child development from Florida State University. All of my past jobs throughout high school and college were connected with caring for children of all ages. I am interning at an elementary in Citrus Park in a third-grade classroom. I enjoy one-on-one tutoring because I am able to see the needs of the student on an individual basis. From this, I am able to teach specifically to that child and help them with what is needed. Many students learn by simply hearing something put into different words. Being a child's second teacher and using different ways of explaining things can greatly effect a students' progress and performance.
