I began tutoring high school and college students in math and science in 1999. Since that time, I have taught in elementary, high school and university classrooms, worked in elementary and continuing science education curriculum development, and conducted science outreach programs for preschoolers. I am a certified yoga instructor, and teach yoga to students of all levels. I have also traveled broadly, and can speak Portuguese (good) and Spanish (conversational). I also have excellent writing and communication skills, and am currently finishing a graduate degree in Ecology.
