Sterling T. - Saint Louis Tutor or Private Instructor

Profile of Sterling T.

Full-Time, 5 Years of Experience

I am enthusiastic and appreciative of my career. I feel that every individual deserves a fair and impartial opportunity to succeed. They should also have the proper resources to do so. This enables them to blossom to his or her fullest potential. I have tutored children as well as adults in math, science, music, art, and computers, etc. for approximately eight years. I find education and tutoring to be more rewarding than my previous major, as I watch my students accomplish and conquer. I have worked for three school districts. I'm currently in an early child care facility in a school district where I have instructed for the past year and a half. I have two years' experience in summer day cares and summer education programs. I tended to the needs and instruction lessons for general and special needs children. This includes the hearing impaired. I currently tutor a Korean family in English and a different family in math, science, public speaking, and sign language. They are 8- and 9-year-old girls, who look forward to me turning the corner with eager intentions to learn. I also tutor two teenage sisters in mathematics and science. My reward comes from acknowledging their growth and progress.
