I am a certified Hatha yoga teacher. I received my certification in 2004 and have been teaching people of all ages and body abilities. I have taught deaf and blind students as well as as people in wheelchairs and living with cerebral palsy. I am excellent in instructing people who have never done yoga before and am able to repeat directions over as many times as needed.
