I am a retired teacher and school counselor. I miss working with students and I believe every child can and should succeed in school. Education is the doorway to a winning future for every person. I feel so strongly about this it motivated me everyday of my work career and into my retirement. I have a wide range of experience and expertise which allows me to work successfully with a wide range of students and their particular needs. Due to my counseling background I can address the needs of the whole student, not just the academic. I believe in goal setting and doing all the work necessary to reach those goals, both short term and long range. It is essential that the student knows he/she can reach those goals and enjoy success by their measure too.
