I most recently tutored an ESL (English as a Second Language) student from South Korea. I helped him study for the TOEIC test (Test of English for International Communication). We worked on reading comprehension and listening comprehension. We wrote and edited papers and presentations for his ESL class. We also worked on diction, trying to minimize his accent. I have been employed as a private voice and piano instructor. I've taught 4-year-olds to adults. I was also an academic tutor in high school, graduated with honors, and received several academic scholarships. I am currently a vocal performance major at the University of Minnesota. I have taken piano for 15 years, voice for eight years, and percussion for three. Academically, I strive in writing and test preparation. I have also taken Spanish, German, and Italian, and am currently studying French.
