I was a ballet and movement instructor to 3- and 4-year-olds in a dance studio. It was quite the challenge, keeping the attention and focus of 10 little ones for 50 minutes! It was such a learning experience, and I look forward to any chance to teach dance and movement to kids again. I have over 10 years of experience with all forms of studio dance. I am also a certified yoga instructor and have taught yoga to kids, varying in age from 5 to 15 years as well as adults and college students. Being active and healthy is an important part of my life, and I enjoy teaching others ways to become more active, loosen their limbs, or just plain improve balance and motor skills.
