I am dedicated to enthusiastic and dynamic teaching as a means of creating and nurturing a lifelong love of learning in students, with an aspiration to inspire the unmotivated. I home-schooled my three girls, grades kindergarten through the twelfth grade, and all three have attended/are attending recognized universities on academic scholarships. I taught high school for four years in a public school prior to the birth of my children. I recognize that education is a gift that is not accessible to all, but that is necessary for children to achieve their goals and dreams in life to the full. I desire to help students who may be struggling or need extra help, or even those who just need some extra encouragement because I have lived and seen what having an education, or a lack thereof, can do in the life of any individual. I enjoy working with those learning English as a second language.
