Hi! My name is Liza, and I am a graduate of Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts. As an undergraduate, I double majored in psychology and religion, and I am now continuing on to pursue my master's at Simmons School of Social Work. I am currently on leave. I have worked with children in various areas including tutoring underprivileged children and teens; being a camp counselor for several summers; being a riding (equestrian) instructor for young children, as well as teens and adults; working as a live-in nanny for two behaviorally-challenged children; working as a teaching assistant in a preschool, and being a regular baby sitter for various families. As a live-in nanny, I also tutored the children and brought them up to grade level. I truly enjoy working with children and plan to do so in my career as a social worker. I consider myself to be highly responsible and organized, as well as a great deal of fun. I am also an avid equestrian, and I train and compete my own horse at various levels. I would love to introduce your child to the sport or at least the love of animals. My rates are dependent upon the number of hours needed, as well as the level at which your child is performing and desired level.
