I was an assistant teacher at a music camp for two weeks, during which time, I worked with 5 to 11-year-olds. Although I may not have that much experience, I learn quickly. I am very observant; I note what the child likes and dislikes about my teaching style, what he/she grasps and struggles with, etc., and I use this knowledge to enhance the subsequent session. I am very committed to doing my job to the best of my ability.
