I am a handwriting and auditory processing therapist, offering Berard AIT. I am trained in the Lindamood-Bell method for teaching reading, and reading comprehension. I have taught all subjects from K-11th grade as a home-school mother of two. Last summer, I was a subcontractor for region XIII in the Austin independent school district. I learn the source of a child's difficulties in a particular subject, and address it by teaching to their strengths, instead of exclusively teaching compensation techniques. I enjoy working with children of all ages and differences, making sure that they leave my office with a feeling of confidence, knowing that improvement is just a matter of practice, and that everyone has strengths and weaknesses.
