What the attached resume does not reflect, is my uncompromising belief that all students can learn given a positive learning environment that develops critical thinking skills and fosters hands-on learning experiences with an international understanding. My philosophy constitutes a simple ideology: Children learn through discovery and application in immersion opportunities and settings. The purpose of my role as an educator is to guide the students' learning to some degree of support while students will eventually evolve and navigate themselves through self-discovery. My goal is to promote the growth of the whole child through social, emotional, personal and intellectual focus. As I stimulate their initial interests through Gardner's Multiple Intelligences and prompt them through essential questions, their level of inquiry will grow and as knowledgeable thinkers begin to question their own explorations and findings resulting to analyze and propose solutions to real-world issues. The early stages of growth are critical for learners to be connected to experiences that reflect difference. Children must be extended to the practice of developing and sustaining positive relationships in their immediate, local and global communities.

As a performing Arts curator my experience in providing extension, enrichment and learning activities vary through art, dance, culinary art, drama, writing and publishing, etc.
