I have an extensive background in education and am a certified secondary education teacher. I have 20 years of experience in tutoring and have worked with children of all ages and backgrounds. I have had great success in working with at-risk children as well as learning disabled and academically gifted students. My students have raised their grade by at least one letter grade. With my approach, students raised their scores by 20% or more. I specialize in elementary math, pre-algebra, algebra, and geometry. My specialties in English are reading, writing, and editing.
I developed an EOG program for charter school and their scores improved by 20%. I also worked for Pearson Education for three years helping them develop story board outlines.
