I have been working as a substitute teacher for two years and have a variety of references to attest to my teaching ability with 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade students. I have worked individually with students as a paraprofessional and have also substitute taught as an assistant for a 1st grade class for half of a school year. Most of my experience in teaching has been in the private and charter schools of Manhattan, the Bronx, and Queens. I am often requested specifically in most of the schools I work at, due I feel, to the education I obtained at The Ethical Culture Fieldston School.
