I have taught and/or tutored most of my career formally and informally. While a student at College of DuPage I tutored other students in Microsoft applications to earn extra money. When I finished I was hire by the college to teach an introductory course in Desktop Publishing. Later I worked for Micro Center in their Learning Center teaching courses in Microsoft and Adobe products. I have tutored privately in various aspects of small business software. In recent years I have been a classroom aide in the local elementary school. My passion in life is to see the "light bulb" go on when some finally "gets it." That's my biggest reward.
