I just recently began pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching. As an undergraduate student, I majored in K-12 education (but graduated with a dance degree instead). As an undergrad, I took classes in various education subjects such as classroom management, teaching methods, psychology of teaching and learning, etc. For my class requirements, I worked with elementary and secondary students in their classrooms and helped with class assignments, grading papers, etc.

English, literature, some Spanish, theater, speech, and elementary level subjects are my strongest subject areas. I do not tutor in high levels of math or science because I myself need a tutor in those areas.

I am a full-time graduate assistant at school, and starting this fall, I will be a full-time graduate student. Therefore, my availability is limited to weekends. I live in a dormitory, so I am only able to tutor at the student's home.
